4 star domino to rank 5 OR 5 stat namor to rank 3

I have a 4 star domino and a 5 star namor.
I have only enough t4 mutant catalyst to rank one. Whom should I rank up...

Just my opinion. I’d go with namor for the simple fact he’s a 5 star, and you’ll end up ditching domino.
