Buying AQ Tickets for Map 5

Haven't seen anything in the forums yet but apparently some of the community have had trouble joining aq including me and my alliance mates as it would kick us out when we tried to join apparently as a connection issue but somehow my alliance mates figured out we could join by buying alliance tickets and usually map 5 doesn't require tickets.

    Just trying to shed some light on this if it's a separate situation as Kabam seem to have their hands full.
