In app purchases - price inconsistencies

Both my partner and I have a MCC account with Kabam and play everyday.
However when there are unit offers in the store, I get those offers but my partner does not....their prices remain the same.
Have tried logging out then back in and it makes no difference.

Why is this occuring? Hardly seems fair...

    have your partner stop spending units for awhile... then they'll see the offers eventually.

    Actually it is the other way round, my partner never spends anything and does not get offers, wheras I have spent some (not a lot) and get the offers! Would have thought they would want to encourage her.

    1/ game progression level and
    2/ using similar os system?
