So I think its like if you dex you gain charges and the more charges you get the better. However if you parry those charges get transferred to the opponent and you can do 100% damage. When the charges are at or reach 0 you do 90% reduced damage

Yep, and when the charges get transferred to the opponent, each charge falls off after 1.50 seconds.
