Wolverine X23 bleed cap?

I pulled X23 as a 4* a few weeks ago and now that she is ranked up and I use her I noticed she has a bleed cap? I looked at her description and can't seem to find where it says she can't surpass 5 bleeds. What is the point of the bleed cap and why not specify in the character info about it?

    If awakened, she gains Crit rate and damage depending on the number of bleeds active.if her bleeds weren't capped she would be too powerful.

    Hahaha wrong! She gets the crit rate/damage boost when she's above 3 bleeds/cruelty not per bleed

    She also has a smaller standard ability built in so long as she has 1 or more

    Yes and I apologize for being so harsh but I've been for removing caps for a LONG time… mostly on DoT abilities and raising a few buffs like Thor Fury and Special-Bleeds (Gamora L2) Dudendum poke as well as Hemmhorage and Assassinate
