Missing tickets from compensation tickets just received

We received 120 tickets for compensation for the stability issues. When I logged on today, the number is now 110. We did map 5, that should be free, so I am not sure why they are missing? My alliance mates are also missing them.

    check your reward queue in inventory. Mine did not get added directly to my total, I had to go and claim them there.

    If you paid attention to why you got the tickets in the first place it's because Map 5 is charging tickets to enter. That's why you got them in the first place which is why you are missing 10.
