Is Guardian worth a tech AG?

I just got a 5* Guardian and have 1 tech AG. I currently have no tech as 5* or above worth ranking up ( I have a 5* Ultron and 6* Red Skull) so Guardian is a welcome addition. But is he worth the AG?

I'd probably say yes if you run suicides and have sig stones to put in him, no if you don't since I imagine he should almost be like Corvus with suicides at high sig. Regening so much of that damage from Deep Wounds with Willpower that is
