Tanaraq Crystal Drop Rates

Are the drop rates actually accurate? There should be a greater than 50% chance of at least getting a 4* or higher. Yet somehow all that seems to come out are 3*... not the first premium crystal I’ve gotten multiples of only to get all 3*... can’t remember the last time I’ve gotten a 4* let alone a 5* or 6* from one.
