Error when trying to claim & open 4 hour crystal

So, just now, I tried to claim and open a 4 hour crystal and got a pop up message saying there was an error and also said a bunch of computer speak gibberish.

Android, Samsung S7. And yeah, I claimed the bogus war skirmish awards yesterday, but I haven't spent any of that gold.

    Just did it to me again, this time when I claimed 3 arena crystals and tried to open. here is a screen shot.tizk1dl5q3ve.png

    I sent in a support ticket 24 hours ago with that screen shot and have yet to hear anything. I just want my crystals returned to me. My gold fixed too. That'd be nice...
