magnetism passive:
-#metall champs are inflicted with a permanent magnetised passive reducing their AA by 55%
-magneto does not suffer from class disadvantage against #metall champs
magnetic field passive:
-gain 1100 blockproficiency
-well timed blocks against magnetised opponents and projectile attacks gain additional 1100 block proficiency
(magnetos blocking animation needs to be updated to something like invisible woman or doom)
sp1: 100% chance for second hit to inflict active magnetised debuff for 10secs, reducing AA by 15%
sp2: )100% chance to inflict healblock for 10secs
)unblockable against magnetised opponents
)100% chance to inflict active magnetised debuff for 20 secs, reducing AA by 15%

)100% (lvl200) chance to auto block projectile attacks

sticking to the mutant theme magnetos main output would be his specials. leaving many possiblities to shut him down and counter him. the genius eisenhardt uses his abilities to pin his opponent down to finish them with one blow, building up to his second and third sp3.
