What I know is that his parry and dexterity are not affected so you will not get critical failure from that.Basically you wanna intercept most of the time to avoid critical failure from parrying Domino.

He's not as effective of an option as Mysterio and Mysterio is the best Domino counter in the game plus he's immune to AAR and can't go unlucky. Longshot isn't a tech champ so he can still be unlucky and you have to play agressive against Domino.
