Loki is not dealing the 7% energy damage while his hp is greater than his opponents. Please fix. Noticed in arena and then confirmed it in ROL against winter soldier.

    It needs to be actual HP, as Hit points. Not the % of HP.

    So if Loki has 1000 HP, the opponent would need to have 999 HP or less in order to receive the additional damage

    Oh thanks, that explains it. That's dumb. It makes Loki even more useless
