If Inequity is truly fixed to reduce modified attack, then this is huge for debuffers, or anyone using Resonate.

Can anyone at Kabam confirm whether Resonate has also been fixed to reduce modified attack, as opposed to base attack?

    i saw that too and could use a bit of further explaining ..

    what is this going to do as a benefit exactly?

    Resonate applies a weakness which was fixed in a similar way a patch or two ago; was in the patch notes.
