Everytime there is a glitch where the players are given rewards they should not be getting the devs are all over it and it is fixed in a matter of hours or a few days. But things that the community has been asking them to fix for a long time like parry, evade, lag. it gets swept under the rug. Clearly they can fix things fairly quickly. Theres no reason for these issues to still be around.

    Those bugs earn them money of course they won't fix they only fix what costs them money
