I just used Magik for Thing, let him build up those buffs enough (while baiting out sp’s) > use sp3 > 👋 I would guess a duped Ronan would be one of the best counters.
I don’t know what to say about the Magik part though.
She’s just awesome 😉 🤗 Not the most common counter, but with the nodes assigned to Thing....well you have to work with what you’ve got.....and Magik can surprise you 😉

Thing is immune to nullify so how you “let him build up those buffs enough” then “use sp3” and 👋🏻 is a mystery to me.
Like I said Magik can surprise you and tbh I was kinda surprised it worked. I tried several other champs before using Magik and found her to be more fun to use, so decided to just try it. Maybe it has something to do with the buffs from the resistance node (forgot the name of the node) not being immune to nullify 🤷♂️
Thing- I used Aegon Diablo - aegon Havok - warlock (was working well then I got cornered my only non solo) finished him off with rogue. Sinister - torch in nova Fury - rogue Marvel - Claire
If you play HT vs Sinister you dont want to use the prefight
Stealthy for Diablo and the thing, HB or Guilli 2099 for havok, ghost for NF and CMM and obviously ghost for MS, I don't know because said ghost don't work vs MS, she is one of his counters.
