X23 in act 5

I have a 4 star x23 and was thinking to take her in act 5.
I feel her regen and bleed have small values.
Can higher pi increase her regen and bleed.
If yes can you also tell me how to use her effectively.
I have other good champs but since x23 is told to be a good one, I want some info on her.

    She is a good option for act 5, hood damage and sustainable, I’d take her up for it, you don’t need any specific utility for 80% of it. Levelling and ranking increases her damage and also her heal. She’s super simple to play, for the most part just 5 combo and don’t use specials
