Alliance war matchmaking issues

The new war matchmaking system is uniform but not fair tbh. My alliance ,even after being full strength active,dropped 2 leagues in season.
The new system apparently pits together 2 alliances of similar trophy rating but the hero ratings don't match at all. In last 3 wars, our minibosses have rating of 12k and average defender rating of 6k but the opponents were very tough and their AVERAGE defenders had rating of 10k. This way, we've had lot of unfair matches. We don't get any chance to compete. Makes is wanna leave the war. Please fix this and consider the alliance's average player rating for matchmaking
