Opponents is a venom. I can’t power drain him with G99 or og vision. Also i have a synergy cap imiw with og vision. But after sp no power drain. Anybody can explain what is happening there.

When Venom is fighting a tech champion, he's immune to power drain. It's part of his natural abilities.

No bug here.
