Boss rush Diablo

Maybe stupid question, but: how can you understand when Diablo is going to activate unstoppable? Sometimes I win one-shot, sometimes he kills 3 of my pgs... Any suggestions on how to defeat him? I don't have quake, nor slow champs

When he has one of the potions ready, there is a chance on hit for him to activate it, and gain the unstoppable.
He also activates the potion on his sp1. So when you see that one of his potions is ready, be careful and go 1 hit combo only, until he activates it and trigger the unstoppable
