Alliance dropped from Tier 1 to Tier 2 for no reason

I am the leader of APoco and my in game name is Stu1e. Before the alliance war shut down last week my alliance was matchmaking at tier 1. Suddenly after the shut down we were moved to tier 2. This issue needs to be corrected and our points adjusted.

@Kabam Miike why were the points from the last legit war before the matchmaking issues occurred not added to alliance war ratings? Needs to be addressed please

Last 2 wars we won. This last war should have been tier 1 as well.

I know this seems off topic,but does anyone know why my game freezes when I click on alliance war?
