Game freezes multiple times.

At around 3:00 PM I loaded up marvel champions to play some alliance war.Everything loaded up perfectly and seemed normal.But then I clicked on alliance wars,and the game froze.All it showed me was the background,but nothing else.I reset and tried multiple times,but nothing happened.I decided to go in the marvel champions chat for help.I clicked on a summoner's profile,and the game froze.I then reloaded it and tried alliance war again,but same thing happened.Finally,I went to chat to see if anyone responded,but 2 things were happening.First,some of the profile pics wernt loading,and second,it wouldn't let me go back to the top.All I saw were buffering signs.I gave up and closed the game.Please fix this marvel champions.
