Random In Game Warning On Alt Account?

I have my main account which I use everyday for hours and a second account where I’m currently just logging in everyday until today where I decided to finish all of act 2 on the alt account. I then randomly recieved an In game warning telling me that ‘Account sharing’ is prohibited and that they are aware that it is a unfair tactic used in AW. I’m not even in an alliance on my alt account. Anyone know why I could have got a random warning for?

    Ok a new account they’ll send those messages out because it’s picked up as a new player, just an information sort of thing

    I’ve had the alt for a year or so but today I completed a whole act, could maybe be why I guess?
