    I wouldn't necessarily say it's slow, but other champions have a much more "open" playstyle

    Get to 15 rex and a sp3 dash back hold block tap sp3 after sp3 sp2 then sp1 finishes most fights with that method this take 3 minutes maybe 5 max
    @Arsoz Dont forget his special damage is less if hes not at max outrages
