Gold bug and "avoiding" crystals

First of all this "don't open crystals" mess is unbelievable. Communication has been awful on this issue. There needs to be in game notices or freeze crystals then. I just opened 10 Arena crystals and got only 15 units. Not until coming here AND searching the one post that said "avoid" opening did i realize the issue. Will I be able To get refunded the gold or recover my crystals when the issue is resolved? We need more, better, and thurough communication on this. It's a big freaking deal. Not just one forum announcement that needs to be searched out to understand.

I opened at least twelve arena crystals... Got 15 units and a **** ton of gold to show for it. Would also like to know if anything's going to be done.

i happened to take a screen shot right before last war ended that shows how much gold i had, then i took a screen shot after i got 2 quadrillion+ gold added, then i've been taking periodic screen shots to track my gold accumulation for proof when kabam screws up the fix

i haven't been opening crystals but added another 90k gold just from quests
