Mysterio Heavy broken?

Anyone notice Mysterio's Heavy attack is way to quick and it feels like a light attack... normally we have a second or two if the defender is about to unleash a Heavy attack. But with Mysterio i never get that time, it's like as if he's doing a light attack which happens fast...
Recently when i fought him i got caught with 3 Heavies i had no chance to Dash Back! His Heavy shouldn't be lightning fast, he can't chain a Heavy either.
If i was to so a heavy attack I'd get intercepted. But when the Defenders do a heavy attack (1 shot heavy) it can be hard to intercept.
Im more concerned about Mysterio's heavy as it's not working as intended.
