Grandmaster daily card not appearing

Help, I’ve completed act 4 and am not receiving the offer to buy the daily cards shown as of AUG 1 2020! I’ve logged in and out of the account, restarted my phone, deleted and re-downloaded the game and nothing has worded and I would really like to take advantage of these offers. @Kabam Miike

That’s for the card containing the 6 star shards, there are other offers as well that I am not seeing.
