Who should I use in act 5?

I just finished exploring act 4 (which also means I have a generic awakening gem) and am going to start working towards becoming uncollected and was wondering who I should take questing for most of it. Here is my full 4 and 5 star roster. If it’s any help I finished most of act 4 with omega red, human torch, stark spider 4*, Medusa, and a fifth depending on what I’m feeling like. If you want to comment on who I should use the awakening gem on too feel free.
