Apparently willpower is not activating with the power lock and shock debuffs. Was this intended?
Also, Hood's stagger doesn't activate his health gain, and he's supposed to gain health when a stagger debuff expires. Dexterity activates mystic dispersion when evading twice in a row, so why doesn't Hood heal when a new stagger takes the old one's place? This needs to be looked into.
