Glory units bugs

So this is the 3rd time this happened to me and I actually paid attention and caught the problem. I use the glory units to buy T4b cats and just noticed that I purchased the most recent and it hasn't shown in my inventory. I did the 3 rule to see if I was just mistaken but it's not populating in my inventory and just take my glory units. Has this happen to anyone else?
