Whom to r4 - duped Omega or unduped Hyper?

Finally should have enough t2a to take another 5* to r4 and don't know if it should be duped Omega (sig 32) or unduped Hyper. I like the death spores of Omega and ability to heal with sp1 and also have 5* Mephisto for synergy. Hyper is Hyper, although I still can't really get him to do maximum damage. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

P.S. I don't run suicides.
