Human Torch SP2

I literally just fought a Hulkbuster in Variant 4 with Human Torch. I used my SP2 which has a 100% chance to stun for 2-3 seconds. Hulkbuster did not get stunned, and immediately activated his SP1 then killed me!!!

I don't have video. He didn't not have any special modes that lower ability accuracy. NOTHING!!!
