Massacre does not build up incinerate when hitting into blocks

After the update, massacre does not build up incinerate charges When hitting into blocks. If the hit lands, there is a chance to gain the charges, but it does not build up when hitting into blocks. Anyone else facing this issue?

Noticed it when fighting proxima midnight. However when testing against magik, it works. Only proxima midnight. Is this a big?

I played him in arena this morning, and I had no issue getting his bat lit up. Likely has to do with offensive ability accuracy reduction like the other posters pointed out.
