Best Duel target to practice Quake and Shake (dex)

I can Quake n Bake (parry) but am struggling with the dexing. Is there a good duel target to practice against? Maybe someone with easy move reads to start with?

probably one of the old champs would be good. wolverine and Daredevil come to mind for me, but their heavies might give you some problems

I just started Quake last week and tried to practice in Boss Rush against Thing (Master). Now I can one shot Thing (Epic) with my 4* 4/40 Quake (Dex). Just two energy per try.
