To buff mid to lower tiers in war (Gold down to Stone) Alliances are now around where they should be in terms of skill, although it still might be another war to fully get to where it needs to be. I think it's time to give the rewards for the rest of the tiers that weren't touched in the last update of the rewards. I mean it is the 20th season as well so it would be just a good of time as any to buff the rewards.
