Speed of internet getting zero while in incrusion

Speed of internet getting zero while playing incrusion thus facing problem in fighting and loss the fight.. At the same time if I use other application the speed of internet is good enough above1mbps.. So look at the matter.. Also while in the game it also cause speed crushing
