Bugs in act 5.3

When the act 5.3 just came out , the block damage was insane , which is now I don't know how has been reduced (good thing ), but the opponents reaction time is way quicker , I used my heavy on rocket and even before he can get up fully he used his sp2 , I mean HTF , in act 5.3.2 hyperion he used his sp3 on me , I didn't die , but after his sp3 , he just rained punches on me , I didn't get a freakin chance to move or block , come on kabam you need to answer this stuff now .
