can somebody please explain why do i have less crit rate on doom than the amount the mastery gives?

To me it looks like this are only the base values. Im sure you have a total of 685 critrating

Doom has one of the lowest Crit ratings in the game check it out here as both a flat value and a percent



It’s meant to “balance him out” because you know having the highest attack stat, one of top5 prestige, highest armor, one of highest block proficiency, highest Crit resistance and block penetration was too much... ohh and he has guaranteed crits on his hevies with synergy so it’s basically more of a 20% Crit chance. So yay balance

But for me to have less than the mastery givds doom would have to have a negative chance to crit @The_enlightened
