CAIW Reverse Regen

Not sure if I just suck or if it isn’t working properly. If anyone has time or extra energy there’s a Diablo in V2 Ch. 2 Quest 2 with Aggression: Regeneration
I took in CAIW (max sig r5) with a tech, cosmic, and science on my team. He had 20 stacks of regen and I had 5 petrifies, armor breaks, and weakness debuffs on him at one point with no reverse healing or VERY little reverse healing happening
Before you ask yes I have 3/3 in Despair and 1/3 in Petrify. Not sure what I’m missing..
Also tried this on 6.2.5 Electro with 1% Regen and same team with little to no reverse healing happening
Any help would be appreciated. I’m sure it’s just something small I’m forgetting or doing wrong
