Discount the generic 5* crystal

With the introduction of the new dual class 5* crystal for the same price, the old one has literally no purpose and should either be removed or discounted. Knocking it down to, say, 8k shards would make it an actually viable option for people who are at a point where fishing for a specific champion/class isn't worth the extra 2k shards without making 5*s too easily obtainable.
