[Issue] Excessive passiveness

Have noticed since update that through out AQ all champs and bots have because excessively passive, this passiveness gets worse with modifiers like Brute Force, 6 secs to land.

Champ just backs off, blocks, go to heavy and champ attacks then backs off and blocks... Your now degen and trying to gain a hit but on limited health you fail and die.
