Visual Bug regarding Elsa Bloodstone's cruelty buffs after sp3

Since the update, after performing an sp3 with Elsa, you can no longer see when the first cruelty buff would expire. The cruelty buffs look permanent, but they aren't. You only start to see the buff timer once the first cruelty buff expires. As a result, it's difficult to know how much time you have remaining to get off Elsa's charges so that you can refresh/keep all 3 cruelty buffs.
