Has anyone else received their missing rewards from the first day of the heralds quest?

Title. I submitted a ticket right when it happened and got a nice, personal message about how they cared about whatever issue I was having but since then I’ve not received anything else, let alone the missing rewards.

    ?rng? I don’t think you responded to the right thread. The heralds side quest was broken and didn’t give the rewards it was supposed to. I don’t think there’s any luck in there.

    I haven't either. Btw when they fix the quest, can you still get rewards for doing the same path?
