As great as he is already, his sig is next to useless. in pvp/aw, *if* it goes off, it heals champs with willpower. in pve, when it eventually goes off, a minute is way too long for the meager damage to make any difference.
Perhaps he could have the same ammo options as WS? an electrocute? a fire arrow for a burn? iono something that's actually useful..
