Monthly side quest

Personally think this month side quest is way too hard for the rewards, I’m uncollected so am looking to be completing epic difficulty and can’t even normally complete master? Last month I was completing Canadian difficulty and now I’m faced with this?

    If it’s down to my gameplay, please be sure to tell me. Because maybe I’m just missing a trick, but this just baffled me.

    Are you even reading what the side quest is about? You choose the class you want to go against and you chose cosmic but didn't bring any mystics, SMFH! Do you even read the nodes to understand what you're up against? You're UC, so you should have a basic understanding of what you need to look for, you only have yourself to blame for wasting that herald entry!

    I doubt it's your gameplay. I'd say it's your understanding of how the quest works. If you don't read nodes including the global ones, you'll never do very well. All classes but mystic have 50% reduced attack. Those champs you brought will have a long road to finishing that quest. Plus most of them aren't good against Arkus. I don't know how many charges you have on Aegon but he will be about the only one that can finish it. Either buy a bunch of units or quit out. Know going forward that only class advantage for each day will have an easier time.

    You're right, and even if you chose the suitable day for class advantage it would still be hard to get nonworth it rewards

    While this one's obviously OPs fault, this side quests master difficulty is still as hard as, if not harder than, last ones epic. It would be nice if the side quests were a bit more consistent in their difficulty.

    they are consistent, the issue is that skill level for nodes is not consistent for a player. Some people will preform poorly some months and excel others, while some players will see exactly the reverse on those months because their ability to counter nodes via skill, and good counters will be the opposite.

    From 4k bosses to 18-20k bosses is a big jump from one side quest to the next.

    The bosses in epic last month had the same PI as the bosses in master this month (give or take, considering last months got gradually stronger each week), I really don't see how that's consistent. Obviously some people will have a better roster for some quests than others but this quest appears to be scaled to 1 difficulty higher in terms of PI, and I think the PI should be roughly consistent each month. It is in the EQ, so I don't understand why there's disparity in the side quest.

    They said it's going to get harder. Canadian and Herald events are stepping stones for Cavalier difficulty. Want the good rewards? Work for them.
