Are dual class crystals the best way to target a specific champ?

Greetings fellow summoners. As you know, today is the science/mystic class crystal day (in about 30 minutes from now). I like many, have been hunting Doom since he was first introduced in the game. I've had no luck with featured cavs, nor the special Hazareth(?) crystals, and have also had no luck with the incursion crystals he's in. He's a great champ, and I was wondering if the dual class crystals are the best chance to pull him, or any champ for that matter. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

    If the Champion (in this case doom) is in incursion crystal that is the best crystal you can target. Cav crystals are probably the worst way to go.
    I would reccomend going for the featured (if the Champion is in it) but if not than dual crystals.
