Stunned during defenders heavy attacks

Kabam there is a big problem...my champs always get stunned and I can't dex from the defenders heavy attacks this needs to be fixed

    Im very confused by this post, sometimes when you heavy attack they have the stand your ground mastery which can resist and parry your heavy attack. Need better explanation and screenshots / videos.

    When I'm fighting in quest and when the defender charges a heavy attack the game won't let me dash back and and dex it but instead I get hit by the defenders heavy attack
