Which 5* should i rank up next?

I have a 5* Awakened Omega Red, 5* Awakened Corvus, 5* Human Torch. These 3 are amazing but i dont know who to rank to R5, i have just finished Act 6 Chap 2 so i want suggestions for future content and stuff.
(Note: i dont have Suicide yet... )
