Which 4* Champ among this List (Mystic) should I rank up fully?

Hi Guys,

With my sad luck with 5* Crystals and not being able to pull any decent champs to use my resources on currently, I do have some iso (Mystic) about to expire soon and wanted to ask you guys which would be a better options among them :)[4* Mystic Champs]

Also to note that I'm dwelling into Act 5 so would like to know any one from this list that would help there as well.
