Any reason why my 4* unawakened doom is getting degen at the start of the dragon man fight in HEROIC?

My magik can fight him with no degen at all.

Same with my mutants. Something about doom though...

Forgot to mention that I’ve seen a few videos of DOOM vs dragon man in uncollected and doom isn’t taking degen damage

    It’s right at the start of the fight, before I touch him. And no I’m not. It goes from full health to abojt 10-20% left when the degen is done
