Would it work to use Vision Aarkus and reverse heal silver suffer with despair?

He will trigger regen on surfer with his coldsnap and apply armor breaks which could hopefully stack up enough to reverse that healing. And the armor break would protect him from taking coldsnap damage back.

Am I missing something?

Maybe, but you wouldn't be able to throw off the sp2,since that would turn all the armour breaks into an armour shatter, allowing him to regen a bit.
And the sp2 is a major part of his cycle
